So far my first day has been amazing! The staff were all wonderful and there was a bunch of places to park! I’m excited to start my new journey here!

Quiet enough for this phase of life. Not five stars because there is trash in the stairs of building 4. They are too picky with cardboard that I just throw it away my self. The elevator had dog pee for a week and no one cleaned it. Then the next day there was pee again on the floor. I put a paper towel on top of it for people to see it because they were just stepping on it. There is dog poop on grass. There is a lot of noise coming from lousy cars entering the community with really loud music.... I’m usually fine with it but sometimes is at 3 am. Love the environment and maintenance staff is always on time when i set up maintenance appointments ! Very Generous staff in the office. Love living here.

I love how this community is gated and how well managed it is. The front office staff is so helpful and always willing to go above and beyond

Overall, I’m very happy living here! The staff is top-tier—friendly, responsive, and truly some of the best I’ve encountered. Great management is hard to come by these days, and they definitely make this place feel like home.

That said, my only real complaints come down to noise. The walls are quite thin, and unfortunately, not all neighbors are respectful of quiet hours. If you live near the pool, it can be challenging to get a good night’s sleep since some residents use it after hours and... tend to be loud.

One small improvement I’d love to see is 24/7 access to the coffee machine. As someone who has to be on the road before the office opens and returns after it closes, it would be great to take advantage of that amenity.

Despite these minor inconveniences, this is still a great place to live, and I appreciate the efforts of the management team in making it such a well-run community. Read More
