The St. John Apartments are such a great place to live! The landscaping and apartments are beautiful and just feet away from Mission Concepcion. The property has a pool and lots of hammocks to hang out in. All of the neighbors are quiet and respectful and there are gorgeous courtyards in the middle of each apartment building. The staff is also awesome and super friendly. It's especially great if you have a dog as it's just a short walk away from Mission Reach Trail and Confluence Park. We've... love it here!

Nice Grounds and finishes but
Opportunities for the community:
Extremely hard to get a hold of at office.
Follow not good, been waiting for my work order to get addressed and haven’t seen anything yet and I have been here over a month.
Had a concern about my building and property manager has yet to contact me. (I emailed almost 2 weeks ago)
Had not one but THREE potential friends that were interested in the property but 1st friend didn’t get a call back for confirmation, 2 friend got left outside and no one ever... responded to door or phone, & last did not receive all information about what would be needed to move in (ie CPS, renters insurance).
Main gate always open, what’s the point of having it then?
I contacted the office about a broken sprinkler head few weeks back near my building, yet to be repaired as I see it go on and water goes everywhere.
I love this neighborhood as I grew up in this area but if more issues pop up more than likely I will not be renewing my lease.
