Lived here for a year, great office staff, maintenance has been helpful, neighbors are good and I enjoy the amenities. Overall it has been a great year at Copper Pointe and I look forward to the next year here.

Great living experience. A lot of nice people. The apartment layouts are very spacious. Excellent work staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home.

We’ve been here going on five years now. The management here does everything in their power to keep the property well-maintained. And they respond to work orders fairly quick. But of course you wanna do your best as a renter to keep your unit the cleanest and well maintained as possible. Of course accidents will happen. And they’re very respectful of your privacy. No one comes in your unit unless authorized.
