The apartment is beautiful and very spacious!! I was seriously impressed when I saw the floor plan and it is in a great location really easy to get around. Also the portal for rent is really easy to use and looks great !

Living here has been great. It’s the tenants occasionally that have been meh. Some are loud where I can hear through the walls and loud drivers revving their vehicles.

It’s been alright I haven’t even been to my place in like 3 months and the buyout process is useless for a low income apt asking to pay pretty much 85% or more to buyout the lease when u restrict them to make a certain amount a month is kinda crazy and no pest control has ever came inside my apartment after asking multiple times the only people that respond are maintenance and office very rarely I have to call like 7 times through the day to get one response

The apartment itself is lovely and new. Nice appliances & the unit feels spacious. The staff I've interacted with have been very kind. The complex is surrounded by new build construction so there is constant dust & construction noise, probably for another year I'm guessing? Looks to be large subdivision.
