Not enough parking for residents. Now most the on street parking that was available was taken by the city and made to fire lanes. Pool is always closed.

I love it here already and I haven’t been here a month yet, wild. My first move and I’ve already felt so welcomed by the staff and community, I can’t wait to see what a year brings staying here. :)

Good it’s really amazing knowing the place is safe but quiet is beautiful you know and it’s good pricing for a 3 bed 2 bath it’s not noisy it’s just right

Everything is great minus parking and maintenance. Minimal parking spots for the residents and there’s trash in the breezeways and on the lawns.. If these issues got resolved I’d absolutely love it here
