Nice place to live. Peaceful and quiet. Love the pool and gym. I would definitely suggest living here to anyone who has a family and wants a nice new property.

Nice community to live in with resident activities for adults and children. Food pantry available for all. Office employees nice and helpful. Parking has some issues but other than that it's a great place.

Although I’ve only been here a short time, there are very few things I could complain about. Overall living here has been a great experience & I appreciate the space I receive in my unit. My neighbors have been amazing & friendly and most of all quiet. If there were one thing, I could absolutely change it would be holding the residence accountable for not picking up their dogs mess. I am giving this apartment complex a 2 stars due to ongoing communication issues.

The office is very unresponsive, and voicemails are never returned, and have submitted complaints through the resident portal that was never acknowledged or followed up on. This lack of communication makes it feel like resident concerns are not being addressed.

There are also ongoing issues in the community, including residents not picking up after their dogs.

In addition, there are frequently unsupervised... children outside who can be loud and disruptive, and in one instance a child purposefully scratched the hood of my car with a rock.

Overall, the lack of responsiveness from management and ongoing community issues have made the living experience frustrating to say the least. Read More

Parking is my only complaint. Everyone hass been so nice and respectful since day one. Can't wait for the new parking spots. Hopefully it will be better for everyone.
