My experience living at this community has been challenging. While the location is convenient, there have been ongoing issues that have made living here stressful rather than comfortable. Parking has been one of the biggest problems. There are often no available spaces, which creates daily frustration and uncertainty. This is not something residents should have to deal with on a regular basis. Maintenance has also been inconsistent. Although requests are sometimes addressed, problems are not... always fully resolved, which leads to repeated issues and unnecessary stress. I appreciate the staff’s politeness, but communication and follow-through need improvement. I believe residents deserve a safe, functional, and reliable living environment. I hope management can take these concerns seriously and work toward real solutions that improve the overall experience for current and future residents.

Overall , the place is great. Love my apartment. It’s a pretty lively community, especially on the weekends. The parking can be really stressful and constantly worrying about tickets, waking up early to move your car, or even racing home hoping to find a spot is a big headache. but other than that I love the pool , and still need to check out the gym!

Good place to live . Community is family friendly. Maintenance comes quickly to get my request . Rob the coordinator goes above and beyond each month for gatherings , birthdays, holidays. Also they offer food pantry for residents who need things .

Residents getting towed and getting tickets because there is not enough parking spots for residents. This is a huge issue and this will be one of the main reasons why I won’t be renewing.
