Poor Management, Poor maintenance, bugs and pest problems,Dirty stairways, Grounds with trash, Picnic area trash on ground, trash ans full for days. Noise loud music, parking issues, people non residents double parking and parking in handicap spaces

Best staff! Seriously so considerate, kind, and go above and beyond! The area is genuinely beautiful, and everyone is patient. As someone who is going through a life transition this complex and its staff really made a difference.

So far it’s been decent. The property is nice and affordable. I think it would be better if they kept the trash cleaner and not allow random dumps from people that don’t live here. Cleaning up the property

I like living here at Pecan Grove. The reasons why I like living here are, it is walking distance to my kids schools. I like that my kids enjoy the pool and can swim and have fun with their friends. The staff to me are very friendly which is a big PLUS. This is why I like living here.

Parking is great and maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. Rent is reasonable for such nice looking interior. Pet friendly and gated
