I toured at Yardly about 2 weeks ago and the manager was very nice to help me. I explained everything I was looking for and she was able to answer all my questions. I am looking to move next month and so far, Yardly is my top choice. I love that I get the feeling of having my own home with a yard and privacy of not sharing a wall with someone. Almost a month into living here, and we’re really enjoying it. Although half the homes are still under construction, noise is minimal, and the place is already beautiful. Nights are very quiet except for an occasional train. The location couldn’t be better for our needs!

The office staff, specifically Imani and Jasmine, has been incredibly helpful and communicative, both before and after our move. Bright, the maintenance man, responds quickly and efficiently to requests.

The price is... comparable to many nearby traditional apartments (like Cobalt and The Grand), but you’re getting the pro of it being a single story home with a nice sized yard for your pups! My cottage at Yardly is gorgeous. So full of natural light and beautiful fixtures. The cabinetry is solid and includes soft closing hardware. Appliances are stellar. Despite being in the midst of civilization, evening wind down on my patio is the definition of peaceful. I look forward to the day the cottages are all occupied and I'm established in this vibrant community.
