I completed my full-term lease at Haven at Mission Trace. While the unit itself was fine, my move-out experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged $470.49 for “Painting/Glass Cooktop Restoration,” even though the cooktop was clean, functional, and showed only normal wear and tear. In my view, glass cooktops are impractical for rental units because normal use leaves visible wear, so charging for cosmetic “restoration” feels unreasonable. I submitted multiple disputes with dated photos... and documentation, but management upheld the charge without providing proof of actual damage beyond ordinary use. This process has been needlessly time-consuming and disappointing. Future tenants: document your move-in and move-out conditions meticulously (photos, videos, checklists) and be prepared for pushback if you dispute charges.

We love our brand new apartment! Everything is new, we’re the first people to live in the apartment. We love the location and the staff are always kind and helpful! Would highly recommend!
