The only issue I have with the apartment complex itself is the cleanliness of the doors, hallways and stairways. They appear to be in need of a thorough cleaning and pressure washing. Regular maintenance of these areas would greatly improve the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.

Overall, I enjoy living at Granary Flats. The community has a peaceful atmosphere, the residents are friendly, and I really enjoy the pool area.The maintenance team is also helpful and responsive. I love how convenient the location is, being so close to so many restaurants and grocery stores. I love Alexis, she’s amazing and always willing to help.

My experience at Granary Flats has been very positive. The community is peaceful, clean, and well maintained. The staff members are friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance is needed. I also appreciate the convenient location and comfortable living environment. I am happy to call Granary Flats my home and would gladly recommend it to others.
