My experience so far is going Great. Good landlord. And I haven’t had any problems so far. I’m just now moving in and the Johnathan at the front desk has been such a huge help with the move in process.

During the time of living in collin creek it has been overall a good area to live in .Its kept up really well along with maintenance an pest control done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend living in the area

This place is awesome! The maintenance team is very prompt and the leasing office staff is very helpful! I moved in last week and the staff and everyone are all very nice. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place in Plano!
