There is something loud in my wall and i seen a few bugs in my kitchen but overall no real issues but i’ve only been apart of the community for 2 days so we will see

Need to keep gates closed if advertising gated community it's a lie gates stay open 24 hrs a day. Three pools and only one works. Garbage fees54$ and sometimes they pic up. It's Sun-Thursday the guy doesn't come to the third floor

Nice community and management is great. Sometimes we have less then average people at the main pool being loud but thats normal. Staff is great and super nice.

Very bad management. You can never call and talk to them. They don’t clear out voicemails so you can’t leave message. I called one day all day to try to reach them and even called right before I entered just to see office ladies sitting talking to each other with no one needing help and they had an excuse per usual. Tenants let their dog poop all over complex and some don’t clean behind their dog. We pay for amenities and only pool is open (behind office) as of now for almost 3 weeks. Wonder why... that’s the only one clean and open. The park for kids is poorly taken care of trash bins over flowing and hazardous for kids to play near. Its an ok place to live. You have to keep you balcony clear of anything. You have to accept pest control even though they look like solicitors and have no apartment people or equipmentwith them, they don't give you a second chance for pest control before giving ypu a lease violation. The neighbors are loud. The dogs are loud. I get its an aprtment and those things are normal but there is a line. There is never any parking near your apartment. My covered parking spot is down the street from my... apartment. The trash always has someone's apartment contents, beds big furniture, left overs that they can't take to their next place. The gates stay open too long or are always broken. They will give you a lease violation for every little infraction but you call them out on something and its never their fault. We had a fire Marshall come in 3 months after i moved in and I was told 3 of sprinklers are painted over but nothing has been said or fixed about it. Read More
