I have lived at Oak Forest for a few years now. The grounds and buildings are well maintained and upgraded when needed. The maintenance team is fast to repair or replace whatever is not working. The office staff are professional, friendly and helpful. I am glad to being living at Oak Forest!

As a 19 year resident it overall has been nice, quiet with a competitive range of prices. They are currently making improvements for residents to adhere to the trash policy along with abandoned cars. I hope we can soon address the open boards in the back fence to keep non-residents off the property.

It's been nothing but wonderful they stay consistent about everything and the pools and community are great ! And in the summer they have events for everyone which is so great for the people with kids , they have a school conveniently right next door which makes it super easy for my kid

The office is hard to get in contact with and now we receive multiple emails about tow enforcement after 4th of July. Won't reimburse you when your car was illegally towed.
