I went to look at these apartments. Found out I was approved. Then got an email a week later saying I was rejected. I went back to find out why and they told me they are just waiting for the manager to let me know directly. A lot of running around, not being honest. I then got a call saying that I needed to send in my check stubs. So, I did and still did not get in. Very unprofessional. Classless. I don't recommend this place.

I lived here for 3 years and would not recommend this property based on my recent experience.

I was approved for a unit transfer and was originally told I could move in February. That date kept getting pushed back to March, and I was still expected to pay additional fees despite the delay not being my fault. Due to the uncertainty, I was forced to find another place to live.

After moving out, I made multiple attempts to resolve my balance. I emailed and visited the office in person several... times, but communication was extremely poor. I was repeatedly told a manager would follow up with me, but I never received a call back.

Instead of working with me to review the charges, my account was sent to collections. I was charged approximately $1,700 for cleaning and “basic wear and tear,” which seems excessive and was never properly explained or itemized despite my requests.

I made a good-faith effort to resolve everything before it escalated, but the lack of communication and accountability from management made that impossible.

Its okay experience here but rent is not that high either.Apart from hidden fees and these people in swimming pool with their whole family and beer in their hand trashing up swimming pool, it’s alright. 3/5. Parking lots are being improved and hopefully it will get better.

Moved in the other day, there was a process but then i eventually got my keys and im here now. Great place if you need to sleep. The sleep is plentiful
