A pleasant living at the Oak Park Apartments

I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-managed place to live. It has truly exceeded our expectations.

In the beginning, we looked at the property 2 times. The agents were great. On the day we were going to get the application finished, the unit we chose was already leased just 1 business day later. The agent that worked with me on that was incredible. It was because after the unit we decided on wasn't available.
I had to change my mind and pick another one. He worked so hard.

Its good. Its near kroger , planet fitness and euless fire department. So great Don’t have much to complain. Repair are timely and maintenance are great.

Worst experience I have ever had renting apartments.

Massively infested with roaches from day 1. Make ready never cleaned the unit prior to move in.

Maintenance takes forever. 1st summer was given 1 window unit for a 2 bedroom with the rest of the unit averaging 90 degrees. Office staff was unconcerned. I had to do a sit-in just to get the 1 window unit.

Cabinet doors are falling apart.

New manager refused to engage in an interactive dialogue for disability accommodations for over a month....

I placed a maintenance order before moving in, about a month and a half ago. The fridge was cosmetically and functionally unacceptable,.you can see the picture.
A guy showed up a week ago, took a look and said he'll come the next day and he never showed up.
To my surprise I received a text and email showing the order status change from open to cancelled and the fridge is still in its trash state.
