I would recommend this community who are looking for new house.
Amenities are good, Maintenance is good
This neighborhood is located in prime area where everything will be available with in 10 mins of drive.

The only thing I like is the location. I don't like the $15 monthly trash fee. Which I can throw the trash on my own. My upstairs neighbors are very loud we get a lot of noise coming from upstairs. Did a lot of noise complaints and nothing works. My experience has not been very well.

I've only been here for a few weeks but I'm enjoying my stay here. Staff has been extraordinary when I ask questions or make requests. My neighbors are also nice and quiet, which is certainly a bonus.
Apartment certainly does not look like it was built in 1984. It has been very well maintained.
I believe I made a good choice.

The staff has been friendly and helpful.The complex is clean and quite. The apartments very nice inside. I love how we have a skylight in the kitchen and bathroom.
