Ever since there has been a cut in cleaning crew the community has gone downhill. I spend a lot of time at the Clubhouse and it is not clean anymore- the cushions on sofa are all over the place, even on the floor. Side tables are turned upside down. (looks like kids were the culprits as a hair barrette was found there) I think children should not be left unattended while in there. The sink counter area is dirty with coffee stains and the so is the refreshment nook area.
A large trash can was... filled with a trash bag and added trash just thrown over the bag that was sitting in the Clubhouse for about a week if not maybe longer.
I think letting go of the cleaning lady was a Huge Mistake!
There is still dog poop in the grass or sidewalks as well and that is really gross. Used to be a clean community but not anymore. so sad

Tacara community has been a really good experience for us. We have been here from the beginning and watched all the apartments get filled up. The area is great and so close to shopping and in and out is quick.

I have loved living here, being able to stop in the club and grab some coffee or hot cocoa, hanging out by the fireplace, it’s so cozy. The front office staff is so friendly and Kasey is always up for a chat! Maintenance is always out and about making sure all of our service needs are taken care of!

I have lived here for 2 years and don’t have any complaints. I love the location, and I love the amenities especially the pool. I never have an issue with parking and have never had an issue with any loud noises.
