The gym and lobby area is clean, peaceful, and so beautifully maintained. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into every detail. The location is safe and relaxing.
The office staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I need something. Any maintenance request I’ve had has been handled efficiently, which I really appreciate.
Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. I feel comfortable, secure, and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone... looking for a peaceful and reliable place to live.

Welcomed by staff. Secure complex. Only share one wall…wanted a townhouse lifestyle. Great amenities like pool area and workout room. Very new! Location was a bonus because I like Gruene!

I really feel all the property staff go above and beyond to make residents feel like family. From the monthly events, to the Friday social hour, even a friendly wave and hello anytime you see them out and about. They are a huge part of what makes the Collection a great place to live. Just renewed my lease and glad to continue to call this place home.

Been here since January haven’t had no problems. Every is nice. If you need something done they take care of it right away. Definitely would recommend moving here
