I can’t believe I’ve been living in Braunfels place for 10 years now. It’s a very nice place to live. The area is in a great neighborhood. It’s very clean, quiet, and has a very nice staff to insure it. It’s in a great location just inside of I 35 and surrounded by easy to get to markets, restaurants and entertainment.

Braunfels Place is an outstanding community. Office personnel are always courteous and go the extra mile in helpfulness. Maintenance is excellent - always responsive and efficient. I feel safer here than any place I have lived. I love living here, and have for the 11 years I have been here.

We haven’t been here very long, but it is by far the BEST complex we have ever lived in. It’s a beautiful well maintained place. It’s obvious that the property owners care about the complex. Pride in ownership for sure.
