I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex! The staff here is absolutely amazing—always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel taken care of. You can really tell they take pride in their work.
The property itself is kept in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully cared for. Every time I walk around the community, I notice how much effort is put into keeping everything looking great.
I have zero complaints living... here. It’s truly been such a positive experience, and I would recommend this complex to absolutely everyone looking for a place to call home. Hands down one of the best choices I’ve ever made!

Braunfels Place is a great little community. I love the office staff and maintenance man Eddie. They all have charming personalities. The grounds are kept clean. I've lived here for over 1 years and I've never felt better about where I live. To my knowledge there have been no criminal activity or vehicle break in. Braunfels Place is a safe community and kid/dog friendly. I love living here.
