Living and being a resident in Prose Manor has been a rewarding experience for me. Initially, I was very skeptical about what to experience particularly with the architecture. I used to joke with wife that " the whole community appears like a police or military barracks judging from the fact that we had earlier experienced residing mostly in the Northeast.corridor of the United States.The appearance of the corridor (passage on each floor), uncarpetted, with no doors appeared strange to me.... However, I have since learnt that the architecture was very "Texan" having visited some other communities. But more importantly, Prose Manor had removed my skepticism by regularly keeping the corridors very clean including the whole environment. The Ptose community is so quiet, safe and clean. The management staff, especially the maintenance officers had been wonderful. We now have a Manager who is highly skilled and very professional. This is my candid opinion. Thank you. Read More

Dog happy , and kid friendly don't have to worry about homeless hanging out in the parking lot and stores or street corners, the Manor police Department does a great job of keeping the small town clean.

This community is pretty relaxing and chill for the most part. What we lack in balcony will make up in price and excellent management communication and help.

Prose Manor Apartments has been an excellent place to live. The community is genuinely peaceful, and the location is a major win—close to my workplace, which makes everyday life easier. The nearby shopping plazas add real convenience with quick access to essential amenities. On top of that, the leasing office agents are consistently friendly and highly helpful, making the entire leasing process smooth and pleasant.
