Besides what is stated in the headline, the maintenance is not good, the property manager is rude and in the end they hit you up for every little thing just to keep your deposit. I was charged for two shower rods that were rusting when I moved in as well as a full clean, which I did before leaving that included the oven and refrigerator. They also said it needed a full paint job that wasn't even done before I moved in (patch paint only).
