Landlords haven't fixed ac yet. But sent a email saying the ac is still going and that my utilities are going to be higher.... the ac is broke.

Been here 3 months and have had atleast 12 maintenance request. There’s a roach problem. Plumbing. And hvac problems TWENTY FOUR SEVEN. Always a new problem every week the list goes on. Was paying $30 for valet trash but noticed we they never were even picking up our trash a month into living here and we was paying for it

Lived in these apartments for about 9 months. Had too many issues with upstairs neighboring disturbing my quiet enjoyment and retaliating for my complaints. Management requires you to complain through their security and security would never answer the phone or was never available because he was always working a 3rd job. Management never took care tenants not picking up after their dogs so building was littered with dog poop.Maintenance would take weeks to months to fix issues and took two weeks... to fix my air conditioner. There are better apartments out there!
