I’ve had a mixed experience so far at Alta Landing. My move-in and early interactions were rocky and, at times, unpleasant due to challenges with the property management. However, things noticeably improved thanks to Michael, who has been extremely helpful, professional, and responsive.

One of the standout positives of this community is the maintenance team—they are truly top tier. Work orders are handled efficiently, and the upkeep of the common areas is consistently superb. The property is... well-maintained, and that definitely adds to the overall living experience.

While the start wasn’t ideal, I can acknowledge that there have been improvements, and I appreciate the efforts from certain staff members who are making a difference.

I am so happy that I moved here. It was purely by accident that my daughter
found Alta Landing. I have never been happier. Previously, I was in a slump mentally and emotionally due to the death of my husband and continuous health issues. After 3 months here, I feel like a new woman and I am on top of
the world. God led me to where I needed to be.

I would definitely recommend living at the Alta Landing. I love the convenience of the location and the friendliness of the staff. Maintenance is pretty quick and responsive. Hannah, the assistance manager, goes above and beyond. I haven’t experienced any major issues here. Little small things(to me) but nothing too crazy. Highly recommend.
