My experience at Alta Landing has been mixed. The location and property have potential, but my apartment had several maintenance and cleanliness issues that took a long time to resolve. The washer and dryer both had ongoing problems — including rust, odors, and staining — and some areas of the unit, like the front door and window, were not properly repaired after multiple requests.

The staff has followed up and communicated at times, but the overall condition and response time have made the... experience less than ideal. if there is one thing about this apartment complex, it is definitely their maintenance team. They are efficient, work hard and they have the best attitude.

I’ve been enjoying my experience here for the most part. I really love the convenience of the location of the apartments. Hannah in office is very sweet and nice. I would suggest that if you have a little one, move on the bottom floor because I’ve gotten calls from the office regarding complaints of sounds of stomping which is my child who likes to walk and run around the house whenever she pleases. Delivery services sometimes have an issue sometimes finding my apartment but then there are... sometimes, people can find it with no problem so I guess it depends on the person.
