Nice! Affordable apartments in Katy area. Peaceful and quiet area. Less than 5 minute access to the freeway. Great store amenities around the area as well as food places less than 5 minutes away.

The complex is very quiet and I haven’t have any issue until now. The apartments need more maintenance before people move in and take the time to fix or repair anything from prior renters. Other than that is a good place to live.
