I have truly enjoyed living at Katy Legacy. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere. The staff has been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance.

One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of community and how convenient the location is to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. The amenities are also a huge plus and are kept in great condition.

Overall, it has been a great place to call home, and I would definitely... recommend Katy Legacy to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community.

Katy Legacy is absolutely beautiful. Though there were many issues moving in, we do enjoy our home and will most likely be renewing our please it’s up. We only wish maintenance could do a better job so we can actually enjoy our home. The backyard is beautiful and one of our favorite places to be. The homes are completely updated and beautiful, and we did recommend family to apply to move down here in hopes their home and move in experience is better than ours was.
