Even after repeated requests, security measures like proper lighting in parking areas and functional gates are often neglected or not promptly repaired.

I have never been so ready to move in my life started here in January apt 11207 and I saw roaches daily. I was transferred to Apt 1202 and now I am seeing roaches and silverfish in the shower. The neighbors are not considerate who live above me it's like living under a herd of cows. There is furniture at both dumpsters I guess they will leave it out until someone picks it up. Imagine seeing mattresses, a piano, bed frames, and sofas in your apartment complex. I refuse to submit any maintenance... request as the leasing agent Erica told me that this is a multi family community property and everything is not new but I would at least expect hot water didn't have that in either apartment when I moved in.
