The Mustang is like most apartment complexes, nice at face value. To spend so much per month for an elite lakeside establishment, I would expect perfection. Honestly, this is just a standard complex with a high price point. Apartments aren't readily available to cleanliness, the layouts are terrible, the rooms are tiny, and the price is high. I wish I could say it is worthwhile to spend the money here, but it simply isn't, and many other residents feel the same. The fact they won't give their... capacity amounts for the building, tells you plenty for being a building only 2 years old. I can see why so many live downtown. The experience and quality of complexes for the same price point is far superior. I am hopeful it improves during my stay here. I am sure the individuals working here "do their best", but maybe ownership needs to take more time and effort to structure their locations and buildings to a higher standard than just expecting people to pay large amounts for sub par apartments.
