I had raised a query on rent being waived off for my first 2 months as part of the benefits, since that wasn't addressed on time i had to pay late fee of $120 only to find out details when I walked down to the office in person. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Silverware rack missing in dishwasher Maintenance guys came and ruined my shower Tap setting, even when I didn't ask for it, now it doesn't identify the direction of hot vs cold water Washer still makes scary loud noises upon usage. This was... supposed to replaced.

My experience at The Lyndon has been disappointing, as the community falls below basic living and maintenance standards. Essential appliances, including the AC and refrigerator, have recurring issues, and maintenance provides only temporary fixes without addressing the underlying problems. These unresolved issues have caused significant inconvenience and food loss.

Waste of Time
The maintenance service is very poor. They do not respond to maintenance requests or answer phone calls. Every time, we have to visit the leasing office in person because the staff do not respond properly.
Even after reminding them 2–4 times every week, it takes about a month for them to fix just one issue. They do not resolve all the reported problems at the same time, which causes unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
