This apartment has serious issues that were never disclosed upfront—especially regarding their extremely aggressive towing policy and poorly designed guest parking system.

They require you to register guest vehicles through an app that is unreliable and frequently malfunctions. Even worse, the app only allows two guest vehicles within a 24-hour period, and you cannot remove or update entries if a guest leaves early. This means if more than two people visit you in a day—even briefly—you’re... essentially out of luck.

Before you can even figure out how the system works, vehicles can be towed. The towing fee starts at $360, and retrieving your car requires going to an unsafe or uncomfortable area.

Management and staff claim they can’t do anything about it, despite enforcing these rules and requiring the use of the app. There is no flexibility or support for residents.

On top of that, if you live near the trash room, the smell is very noticeable, and overall ventilation in the building is poor.

So this one is a doozy for sure as I am truly lost for words and can’t decide where to begin! This place is newer built so needless to say the inside areas are just mind blowing! On top of that the it is centrally located in Las Colinas and the rates are not too high for the area!! Then there is the amenities, I mean I can’t even list them all but it’s a true modern living heaven for working professionals or young couples/families! Then there is the staff, I mean without going into to much... details I was in a hurry for the move and within a week we were able to sort everything out, no joke!! Special shout outs to Bella, Brittanie, Alli, Gerald and Lenny from the maintenance staff!! I can’t praise the staff here enough, truly they are the most caring, approachable and nicest of nice people!! It’s a shame that they don’t allow for a longer lease then 18 months but all I can say is come check it out while they still have vacancy because they are almost close to 92% and I wouldn’t be surprised if they get full by the end of this summer!!!
