The staff here is incredibly kind and always goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy. The location is perfect for commuting and nearby outdoor activities. My family and I like to live here.

Our truck was stolen due to the lack of security, gates were never locked and NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT! Not to mention after the truck being stolen from right in front of the townhome we lived in, our work van was ALSO broken into. Please avoid renting here at all costs. It's dirty, poorly maintained, the utility bills were almost 300.00 more on top of rent every month....it's just a terrible living experience from HELL. Please rent elsewhere, or YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

For the last 3 weeks since my move in date nothing has been fixed in my apartment. I was moved into an unready apartment. I moved into a dirty toilet seat, un resurfaced tub, and a roach infestation with a copy from pest control, on the bar stating that the apartment was treated in May. When I came to talk to Karen about everything she said the apartment has been vacant for months as the reasoning behind the unresolved issues. In this case, there was ample time for my apartment to have been in... the best shape possible. It wasn’t cleaned and the carpet had stains this is putting a strain on my life and career I am not able to sleep or eat in my apartment because I am constantly killing roaches. I have reached out numerous times about my work orders and no one’s has came since I got here except to resurface my tub, and even then my apartment smelt like chemicals for days. I had to even ask for somewhere to take a shower and they gave me a dirty apartment to use. I still couldn’t properly bathe for two days. Not to mention I have urged the office to fix the lights that are out near my parking spot, as well as the dark walk way to my apartment. This place is horrible. Water leaks/mold, broken a/c in the middle of a record breaking heat wave, never ending roaches. Office staff refuses to fix any issues after being told about them for over 6 months. This place should be condemned!

They don't clean when your first move in. They don't really fix anything. They have 2 pools but you can't use them because they don't clean them. The only time you see the maintenance man is on the 3rd when they post on your door to pay the rent. They may have low prices but they charge for everything so go for the apartment that cost a bit more.
