We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting this situation can be. As soon as your concern was reported, we immediately arranged for a professional pest control inspection to determine the source and extent of the... issue. The inspection confirmed a level 1 infestation, and we’ve scheduled treatment to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Per your lease agreement and community policy, residents who have occupied their home for over a year are responsible for pest control treatments, as ongoing prevention and maintenance become part of normal household care. Our goal is always to keep every home safe, clean, and comfortable, and we’ll continue working with you to make sure this issue is fully addressed.
