We been here for a whole year now and we have had such a great experience on our 1st apartment adventure! Everyone is really nice the people that work here as well. The maintenance guys are always ready for a new call which I like 10/10.

They give rent concessions for writing good reviews. There's a clause in the lease about not writing disparaging comments about the complex. No wonder there's so many good reviews.

I lived here for a year first in a one bedroom one bathroom apartment. Moving to Houston right out of college this was a great first apartment. I loved the amentities such as the pool and fitness center. After 6 month I was able to transfer into a townhouse with my boyfriend. I love the townhouse layout it's very spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintance guy is always very friendly. I would probably still be living there if I didn't have to move out of state. Also they are... pet friendly which is nice!
