It is too early in time for us to provide any comments about our experience at Westgrove. So far, we have been happy here and we hope we continue to accumulate positive experiences at Westgrove.

This is my first time living in an apartment and I really like it so far. Caitlin showed me around as a walk in one day and really helped every step of the way. Between the staff, the quality of care maintenance takes of the property, the layout of the apartment, and how dog friendly they are, it was a no brainier where I wanted to sign my lease.

Overall, the community is wonderful, and the leasing office staff is the best—they are friendly, responsive, and truly make residents feel valued. The resident events are excellent and help create a great sense of community. Unfortunately, the poor construction quality of the building, particularly the lack of sound insulation, negatively affects the overall living experience. While this is outside the leasing office’s control, it is the biggest drawback of an otherwise great community.

I chose this building because of the quiet Timbergrove neighborhood and the amazing amenities. Staff is a close second as having good management is important and lacking in many apartment buildings. They are quick to resolve issues and very professional.

Westgrove is a beautiful brand new community!
