I went by to look at the property and make plans for an upcoming move and I was impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile. Therese made everything so simple and was very quick with communication! Her office girls were also very kind and helpful. Looking forward to my upcoming move!

All these fake 5 star reviews are a joke & fake and its management writing them. Look at this filthy place. No Security. No Cameras. The Tenants will tell you the truth and a walk around the complex will show you how trashy and unsafe this place is and they have so many hidden fees and want to fine residents for stuff and do not enforce anything at all. They are all talk and no action . This is a very bad apartment complex. Worst Apartments around here. These apartments will never change . How... many new management have this place had in last 10 years and nothing is ever done. They do not care about the tenants.

We just moved out of here. Cops always here and they break into everything. Property is always Dirty and Filthy. They charge too many excess fees to residents and way too much on rent. Rough apartments to live in.

Don't recommend these Selena Apartments charges excess fees. Had to get Fire Marshal out here twice for no Fire Extinguisher and Gas Leaks in Laundry room and no Smoke Detectors. This place is half empty now. Tenants got tired of it. Look up how many times Harris County Sheriff have been here in last 3 months. Total Negligence. Avoid moving here.
