The price is the only silver lining, and that's changing quick
In January there was a leak in my ceiling, the maintenance men came, cut a hole in my ceiling and essentially said "we don't know what's wrong". They left a cardboard cut out over the hole. It is September, and several work orders later the hole is still there. Issue with the dishwasher hasn't even been looked at after talking to the office AND several work orders. Not even going to address the big problem that I have given up on because the pest control people spray the kitchen for like .05... seconds and leave and will not do more so my friends have dubbed my Apt the "roach motel" and with all of this my rent has gone up a lot since I've moved here with less responsiveness from the apt over time over issues that are beyond my control. I would absolutely warn any prospective tenants not to move here

I’m loving it so far ??
The new appliances are super cute and it match well with the flooring. Very spacious. The front office workers are extremely nice and welcoming. They enjoy helping in any way that they can. Maintenance is great as well. They come ASAP and get their job done. Everything is perfect except the laundry room. The things where you pay don’t work, the dryers don’t work and some of the washers leave clothes soaked, but That’s fine because there’s a laundromat 3 mins up the street.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
The renovations definitely caught my eye. It is so pretty inside & I have so much space! & New appliances!! They are super cute!!! The office is AMAZING on the other hand. They always get my service requests done super fast & the leasing staff is so friendly. I have never had a bad conversation with the girls. Definitely recommend this place.
