Be careful - bait and switch tactics

Be VERY CAUTIOUS at this apartment complex, and make sure to get everything they promise you verbally, in writing prior to signing a lease. The leasing staff Norma & Brent are nice and attentive. However, there is a clear disconnect with the manager, Diana, and the staff on what incentives are and what they tell prospective tenants. They will over promise and under deliver in order to get you to sign and fill apartments quickly while keeping their spending budget down.

Perfect place to live!

I have lived at The Oliver for about a year and a half now and love it here. The staff is awesome, especially Norma, she brings great energy, is very responsive and keeps the place running well! I definitely plan to renew

I just moved into The Oliver, and I couldn’t be happier! The location is perfect—close to everything I need, with great dining and shopping nearby.
