don’t bother calling as they never answer. got hit with a $700 fee months after moving out. it’s also DIRTYYY. walking up stairs you’ll find cigarette buds that’ve been there for longer than I was (i lived there for 2 years), used plastic forks & cups that again for years have been sitting there, and also the BUGS even when we paid extra for pest control. but god forbid you leave your trash can out past 9 as they’ll charge you extra. maybe if i just dumped all the trash outside the door then i... would’ve saved a little money.

Love The Commons At Vintage Park
I have lived at this property for a little over 4yrs & I can say the mgt we have now(specifically Priscilla) has been nothing but professional, patient, knowledgeable & understanding of our needs. I love the entire team. I can say they definately care about the residents & the property.

Good Choice
We were already scheduled to move in prior to all of the coronavirus mess going on. We started to get a little worried and stressed about the whole moving process. The management team have been very helpful and comforting about all of our concerns. We are scheduled to move in this week and so far weve had an excellent experience
