I’ve had a really positive experience living here. Parking is convenient, maintenance responds quickly, and the front office is always kind and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. The community is well maintained and i really love my apartment. Definitely would recommend!!

Had a really good tour here. The staff was easy to talk to and answered all my questions without making it feel rushed. The gym has everything I need and the unit stood out immediately. It didn’t have that generic apartment feel and I just felt comfortable being there.. I’m excited about the possibility of moving in soon and really appreciate everyone’s patience with all my questions. I would highly recommend touring The Caroline.

My family and I relocated here from another state and had to complete the entire leasing process online without seeing The Caroline in person, which was a little nerve-wracking. The staff made everything so easy and were helpful, answering all of our questions. We’ve now lived here for a year and a half and have no plans to move anytime soon. The maintenance team is always professional, and the amenities are clean and well-maintained. The office staff is friendly and welcoming every time we... need assistance. I absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing, so friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I understood the process from start to finish. From the moment I moved in, they made me feel right at home. It was also refreshing that the few items I had listed on my move in form, the maintenance completed in the same day!
