Management does not care about the place or what happens. All they do is collect a check. The stairs collapsed on one of the apartment structures two days ago. They’ve yet to check on their client who is still in the hospital.Who required surgery. They DO NOT care they just want your money. Plus there are cars here that have been here for MONTHS that do not belong to anyone. Hmmm wonder why they are here cause they are dumped here. Stay away.

Roaches and Hairs on carpet
I just moved in! I really loved the staff treatment, but unfortunately the apartment was NOT in great condition when i moved in, for starters the internet coaxial cables were not actually working, i had to call the technician to come and fix it. The carpet was filled with a LOT of hairs (not mine) and small unknown particles, besides small roaches all over the place.
Other than that is quiet and safe for now.

The carpet in your home was brand new prior to your move-in, and no roaches or pest activity were found during our inspection. However, we’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced after moving in, including the internet connection and anything that made the home feel less than perfect. Not so much, I opted for this place for its good price but i was not aware of the conditions, as I first moved it i noticed several things included roaches and hairs on the carpet (which are not mine) which left me thinking on the commitment of the place on cleaning, also cables not working, on the apartment (had to call the technician who told me the thing was old and had to replace it). Overall NOT a good experience for a new place.

Small changes in the new management rules could greatly improve the living experience for residents. More flexibility in payment options, along with timely attention to problems and providing real solutions, would make this a much better community. Clearer communication, respectful interactions with residents, and proactive maintenance checks before renting homes would also help strengthen trust and satisfaction. By making these small but meaningful improvements, management can create a more... supportive and positive community for everyone.
