The property is nice, quiet, and safe. Parking situation is good. Units are nice. Leasing office and maintenance have been easy to work with, friendly, and timely. Janet was my leasing agent and I had a 10/10 experience with her. I have also spoken with Gerald who has been great as well.

Unacceptable customer service. I have been a resident with a Greystar community for over six years. I am moving from Dallas to Houston and wanted to stick with Greystar, big mistake. Gerald and Alexis— the new manager were very hard to get a hold of and not accommodative.

I provided more than enough documentation over a month ago to lease an apartment and they barely corresponded with me to let me know what is going on in the process. I would call and get a email back a couple days later. They... kept playing the blame game on Rent Grow and coming up with one excuse or another as to why I was not approved for the apartment.

I provided bank statements, alimony, disability, a divorce decree with my divorce settlement that covered over two years rent of the apartment, and tax returns, but it was just one thing after another. I have great credit, no broken leases, etc and still got treated second hand.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. They were so rude and not welcoming to a new resident. Simply unacceptable. Will never consider another Greystar community ever again. My current Greystar community approved me in a day— this process with Reverie has been almost a month. Not a very warm welcoming. Management team especially Janet and Desiree are terrible. They have poor communication, lack empathy and quite frankly do not really care about their tenants. Go elsewhere!! You’ll be disappointed if you come here. This is coming from a tenant of 4 years. Since Greystar management took over this place has gone downhill. Don’t bother

Failed pool inspection so pool is closed for an indeterminate amount of time. Not ideal for Houston summer. Exterior doors are unsecured/broken frequently. Neighbors don't understand how to use trash chutes or pick up after pets.
