Poor management, horrible experience with the leading team. I complained about mold in my bathroom it took them for ever to get it cleaned.

Portico Kirby has been a great living experience for me. The facility is clean and services are exceptional. The gym is great, I love that I can just walk downstairs for my workout and enjoy a swim in the pool during the day.

I have live here since 2018, with my husband, and every time I need help I call and get some one right away, unless they are busy. They show up on time do the work and leave.

Ive been living here for more than 3 years and never had a problem living here. Great complex with well maintained amenities, delicious coffee and a pool that makes you feel you’re in Hawaii. The management and maintenance team are super friendly
