A couple of years ago, I did leave a glowing review because I genuinely enjoyed living at Oak Crest. Unfortunately, my experience during this most recent lease term hasn’t felt the same, and the overall consistency and communication have shifted from what I previously appreciated. This recent term hasn’t felt as resident-friendly as it once did.
I value communities that respect residents who pay on time, care for the property, and are considerate of their neighbors—and in return, allow... residents to live in peace. Because of the inconsistency in property management, I’ve started choosing shorter lease terms. I’m renewing for now because it’s the most practical option for my personal goals, and I’m hopeful the upcoming term will be smoother and more positive.

I had a wonderful experience at Oak Crest. The entire team was very kind, welcoming, and professional throughout the whole process.
I would especially like to recognize Yamiled — she was outstanding. She guided me step by step through the moving process, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. Her support made the transition smooth and stress-free.
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you for making this such a... positive experience!

My experience has been good, I have been living here for a few weeks now, it is always a safe environment to be in when I come home from a long day of work, it is comfortable for my family, it is very quiet and peaceful. I hope to learn more about the community events if there are any. I want to be more informed on whatever is going on in the community. I will say it has been nice living here so far.
