Living at NOVEL for the past five months has been a very positive experience. The community is generally respectful, and most residents take good care of the building and its amenities, which I truly appreciate. The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is the cleanliness of the hallways and elevators. Some sections of the carpet are noticeably dirty, and these common areas don’t always reflect the overall quality of the property. With more consistent cleaning and attention to... these spaces, the living experience would be even better.
