Somos nuevos en Houston y la ubicacion del apartamento es genial. Cerca del Bayou, Museum District, River Oaks. Nos gusta mucho tener cerca lugares para ir caminando.
El edificio es tranquilo y el apartamento comodo, con buenas dimensiones.
La atencion del equipo es muy buena. Abiertos a escuchar sugerencias o ayudar cuando se necesita algo.

Since the moment I walked in to inquire about availability, i was welcomed. Everyone was helpful, followed up and executed a lease w/o any issues. Maintenance, Jesus is helpful and friendly when you need help or have questions with anything.

The customer service from the staff here are wonderful. The location is great for those who like to explore the Montrose area and surrounding areas. I love my apartment and how spacious it is. The amenities are also great!

I have been with this apartment complex before new management took over. The new leasing office has made my tenure more enjoyable. I am usually very picky and I move around a lot but everyone here including the staff makes me loyal to the property. Consider living here yourself to see for yourself! You won't regret it.

I live living here, it is walking distance to a lot of great parks and restaurants. The amenities are very nice and the leasing office is always helpful.
