Somos nuevos en Houston y la ubicacion del apartamento es genial. Cerca del Bayou, Museum District, River Oaks. Nos gusta mucho tener cerca lugares para ir caminando. Since the moment I walked in to inquire about availability, i was welcomed. Everyone was helpful, followed up and executed a lease w/o any issues. Maintenance, Jesus is helpful and friendly when you need help or have questions with anything.

Beautiful Property
The customer service from the staff here are wonderful. The location is great for those who like to explore the Montrose area and surrounding areas. I love my apartment and how spacious it is. The amenities are also great!
