If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The rent is super high for the small space. We have been complaining about a leak in our closet for over a month and it has not been fixed. They asked us to take out everything and it’s super inconvenient to have a messed up room and the leak still not getting fixed. It messed up our walls so bad we have mold. There’s also mold in the restrooms we have been complaining about as well and to no solution. It rains for 5 minutes tops and the sidewalk gets... flooded making it impossible to leave. They tow your car for absolutely any dumb reason. I live here and somehow still got my car towed just because I was parked for more than a day in the visitors section because they won’t give me a sticker. There’s a major roach problem and everything is run down. The only thing they fix and invest money in is the palm trees. Do not consider living here at all. Read More

The apartments are very sensitive and they feel all the time Noise if you live on the 1st floor or ground floor, there is a lot of dirt and empty beer bottles everywhere especially on weekends, when it rains everything is praised and there is no Parking for 2 cars! I find it very expensive for the conditions this place is in! Extra parking for parking is horrible lots of beer bottles, trash and a lot of drug smell!

Worst place to live in Houston.
One day you might have water the next you wont they take forever to come fix any problem in you apt.
Sometimes they cut the hot water, a/c or electricity.
People are always loud at night they have months working on the outside of the property while the inside is falling apart.
When it rains water might get into your place. They do not know how to fix leaks .
Never change Your old Appliances for new ones. IT is a real NIGHTMARE living here.
