This apartment is really poorly managed. The new management is not nearly as responsive as the previous ones were. Our unit was infested with roaches, and we have made several attempts to get them to assist us with the issues, aside from week long response times, and uncaring management, the parking is RIDICULOUS. They charge for valet trash and I have had several issues with them picking it up. I still have a request right now going on 2 weeks that they have yet to even address. Please head the... 2 star reviews and stay away from here. I will likely have to get rid of so much of my things when we move to avoid carrying an infestation with us, it's such a horrible experience. And to add salt to a wound, during the storm I asked for a few day extension without penalty as a resident that pays early EVERY SINGLE MONTH, they refused to work with me during such a difficult time, I know that exceptions aren't guaranteed to anyone but it just says a lot about a company on how they handle situations like that.

Run
The staff lies. Infested with roaches. Burglaries. Over charges you for anything that they can. Unsafe. Parking sucks and they tow. Gates rarely operable. Leasing staff never answers phone or calls you back. Maintenance never responds either. Just run as fast as you can

central park son muy buenos apartamenos , la atencion de la oficina es exelente te atienden con una buena actitud , el senor Jesus y la senorita Grisel son muy bunas personas y agradables ,ayudan en lo que se pueda ,el mantenimiento es bueno me han arreglado las roturas el mismo dia que las digo o al otro dia .mi estancia fue marabillosa en estos apartamentos y cada dia hacen lo posible para mejorarlo .

Excelente lugar para vivir, por su tranquilidad, muy bonito el condominio. Apartamentos bien confortables. Gym equipado y piscinas limpias. El personal super competente y agradable siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier situacion con los residentes del lugar. En especial el senor Jesus y la senora Grissel siempre con muy buen trato.
