There’s never any hot water. Run down apartments. Disgusting community. Nothing gets cleaned or fixed.

Todo el apartamento lleno de moho, el lava manos, la bañera, la estufa nunca lo arreglan, el personal d la oficina, en especial una, no te presta atencion, al problema, no less recomiendo, A nadie a vivir aqui.

Es una pena estos apartamentos yo tengo seis años viviendo aquí.y desde que compro la nueva compañía se está iendo para bajo,ayer con la lluvia se metió el agua en mi recamara y se fue directo hacia el closet.tuvimos que sercar el agua con tusllas y fui a quejarme ayer y les dije que nesecitan limpiar las garas porque están llenas de hojas,nesecitan limpiar y recoger todas las hojas para que no se tapen los drenajes.en verdad que si yo tuviera dinero me salía.yo no recomiendo a nadie a vivir... aquí,no hay seguridad,no hay material para arreglar los daños de los apartamentos yo dure un mes con el techo del baño con el agujero porque no tenían material. There’s mold in the bathroom and every time I ask for them to fix it they just paint it and peels off after... also the water goes out all the time and they are always “repairing pipes.”
theres a lot of crime that goes around here and a lot of noise disturbance, including domestic disputes in and out of the apartments. These buildings are old and they just paint over whatever is asked to be fixed.

It has some very cheap rooms which is a plus, but other than that nothing else going for it. Front office employees are always new, so they don't even know the layout or whats going around in the complex. A complex burned down, and after a month they still haven't gotten rid of the debris around it just smacked a fence on it said good enough.
Parking is absolutely garbage, so many people who don't live there park inside and no one checks around to see even if they belong. Security guards here... are dope they do their job well tho they cool.
