Everything on moving day went very smoothly when it came to the moving process itself. Staff were very friendly, I just had a grumpy moving partner lol

I really like the apartment overall. The layout is nice, and the room is very spacious. I also really appreciate having the double closet, which provides plenty of storage.
There are, however, a few things that need attention. The AC is currently not working, and there are some cosmetic issues that should be addressed, including water damage inside the cabinets and residue around the dishwasher, the dryer is rusted on top. The closet bar is also too short and is broken.

The person that gave us a tour was very nice and he answered all our questions. So far I’ve have good experience and everything has been easy with signing our lease

So far so good but there were a few things here are there that were questionable for my 4x4. I could tell the unit was not cleaned at all after the past residents. And a few appliances through out are js an bit outdated. However those things are still livable I was able to clean up the place really well and honestly deal with the old appliances. Overall pretty cool spot.

Initially had a good experience however issues with communication at this complex. Important information regarding deadlines was not sent to me resulting in significant difficulties towards the moving in process. Lack of communication within the team negatively affecting residents.
