Water bill 150$ , gym nothing works, company practices foul businesses play to receive more money from residents, example will wait 4 months then send a water bill on the day after due date, which they can charge late fees n answer less questions on how the water reaches this amount. Who, when, what , n where was the water bill from Sept to February. Look for a more honest complex that take consideration n accountability

Don’t move here
Water bill 150$ the complex some how waits 4 months to send residents a water bill. Why 4 months n who n where was the bill being sent to get 4 months behind , sent bill 2/2/23 n it’s due 2/1/23. Poor business practice to receive more money from residents. That way they can rack up late fees n the Gym is not a gym nothing actually work its just for show n tell

Don't move here
Customer service agents are rude, the manager is rarely there to help, work orders can take weeks or months to complete, if they come at all. Horrible service at these apartments. Sometimes they are late putting a balance on your account. If you aren't careful, they will wrongfully charge you a late fee for not paying! Not to mention, they don't really clean anything. They just paint over everything. We found hairs on the walls that were covered in paint. Earrings and other small objects were... left in the carpet. A/C is on all day long in the summer, never will get cool enough. It's hard to get the temperature lower than 76 during the daytime. Only a few positives would include convenient location very close to the WestPark Tollway and very close to some pretty good parks.

Leading agents have poor attitude. They always argue with people and act like they don’t know how to do anything. Never get in touch with manager because she is never available

Awful Across the Board
I cannot say enough about the poor management of this property. During our 1 year stay, ownership of the property changed twice, each time getting worse. The move in process was so poor, we weren’t able to see the unit until two days before move in and discovered an oily fishy smell that persisted our entire stay, despite consistent incense burning. Unfortunately we soon discovered the scent was more than likely due to a serious roach infestation that we were unable to resolve even while using... the apartment’s pest control service and other store bought remedies. Despite letting the management know about these issues, providing pictures and actually having the leasing agents and managers come into the unit to witness the scale of the issue, there was no discount of our rent rate for any of the lease term. Getting past the pest issue, there is also the actual problems in the unit. The wood flooring in the living room/dining area was severely warped to the point of not being able to comfortably place a glass on the floor. The bathrooms have some sort of plastic cover-all over the real tubs, which are undoubtedly in disrepair, and are impossible to keep clean and pristine even with bleach. About six months into our stay, we got new neighbors upstairs that are the worst we’ve experienced in our years of apartment living due to a young child which the parents let run laps through the unit in the afternoons. After reporting this repeatedly to the leasing office, on an almost biweekly basis, absolutely nothing was done. The parking is not assigned which means if you don’t get home from work at 4:30, you’ll be parking across the property. It was just poor, poor customer service from management and a quickly deteriorating property with an awful maintenance team unable to resolve the most basic issues our entire lease. I wouldn’t send an enemy to this property. Save yourself the trouble.
