Would not recommend. When I moved in, there were cockroaches in the apartment, which was very concerning. The unit I was given looked nothing like the one I was shown before signing the lease. My roommates didn’t acknowledge my arrival, and I had to push just to get space in the kitchen for my belongings. There is also a weird smell in the study rooms and along the staircase, which made common areas uncomfortable to use. On top of that, there was unexplained water on the staircase despite no... rain, which caused me to slip and fall twice. Trash rules are not enforced, leading to ongoing cleanliness issues and an unpleasant living environment. Additionally, the gym does not provide sanitizing wipes, making it difficult to properly clean equipment after use. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and lacks adequate security.

Your review highlights several serious issues that are absolutely not reflective of the living environment we strive to provide, and we... sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience this has caused you.
We are particularly concerned to hear about the cockroach issue upon move-in, and we understand how unsettling that would be. We are also very troubled by the discrepancy between the unit shown and the one you received, and the lack of support you experienced from your roommates in establishing your living space. The persistent unpleasant odors in common areas and the mysterious water on the staircase, which led to you slipping and falling, are unacceptable and point to significant maintenance oversight. We are also taking note of the issues with trash enforcement and the gym's cleanliness provisions.
