I’ve been living at this apartment for several months, and overall, my experience has been positive. The location is super convenient—close to public transportation, shopping centers, and restaurants. My unit is modern and well-maintained, with updated appliances and plenty of natural light. Maintenance requests are usually handled within 24–48 hours, which I appreciate. The staff at the front office is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any issues. One downside is that the... walls are a bit thin, so noise can be an issue depending on your neighbors. Parking can also be a challenge during peak hours. However, the amenities—especially the gym and pool—are clean and enjoyable. I feel safe in the area and appreciate the gated access. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and good service.

Student management is unprofessional and rude at times. They do not provide solutions. Enter apartment without approval. Cleaning staff does not keep apartment clean sufficiently, resulting in hazardous conditions in the parking garage and hallways.

We would like to clarify that our cleaning staff follows a set schedule each morning, which includes cleaning both the parking garage and the hallways. We understand your frustration and are... committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents. However, we also ask that residents and their guests do their part by properly disposing of trash, rather than leaving it in common areas with the expectation that it will be cleaned up after them.

Regarding your concern about unit access, please be assured that we do not enter any apartments without providing proper notification. If you believe there has been an unauthorized entry or have a specific issue you’d like us to investigate, we encourage you to email us directly so we can look into the matter further. Jaylen was extremely professional and helpful over the phone. He answered all my questions clearly and handled everything efficiently. You can tell he really cares about providing great service. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had speaking with a leasing agent!
