We are so sorry to hear about the extremely disappointing experience you had during your time with us. Your review highlights several serious issues that are absolutely not reflective of the living environment we strive to provide, and we... sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience this has caused you.

We are particularly concerned to hear about the cockroach issue upon move-in, and we understand how unsettling that would be. We are also very troubled by the discrepancy between the unit shown and the one you received, and the lack of support you experienced from your roommates in establishing your living space. The persistent unpleasant odors in common areas and the mysterious water on the staircase, which led to you slipping and falling, are unacceptable and point to significant maintenance oversight. We are also taking note of the issues with trash enforcement and the gym's cleanliness provisions.
