The apartment itself is great, but the main issues are the garage and mail. In Building 2, the third-floor entry door handle has repeatedly broken throughout our residency, and I’ve been locked out multiple times because it hangs off and won’t open. The mail situation is the worst. Delivery drivers whether it be USPS, UPS, Amazon, or FedEx cannot tell where to leave packages. I’ve had five deliveries lost from October to December across all carriers. A better system is needed; delivery services... should provide peace of mind, not require me to walk across the entire complex to intercept packages. I’m also not the only resident with this issue, as I was warned about it when moving in, which shows the problem needs a real solution rather than blaming driver error.

The apartment complex is truly lovely. The amenities make it worth it. The maintenance crew tries very hard as well as the welcoming staff. The reason for the missing star is sadly the apartment wasn’t move-in ready. There is no hot water, so I haven’t had a shower in 5 days. Maintenance is trying though now that the situation was finally addressed.

I really enjoy how peaceful the community is. It’s very calm and quiet with a lot of dining, shopping and entertainment options within walking distance. My only dislike is that there is a mix of remodeled and unremodeled units in my building. Some of the appliances are outdated and some minor pest issues. The good thing is, it’s been very easy to have appliances replaced.
