Unfortunately, this residential complex lacks basic cleanliness and peace, which causes constant discomfort and dissatisfaction for residents!!!!

It's only been about 15 days that I've lived here. The overall community is nice, has nice (above average) ameneties, the staff is friendly and nice, and I even like the view from my 4th floor apartment that faces the pool area. There are a few areas to improve though: (1) The elevators break often which is a big inconvenience and annoying. They should be maintained better and well. (2) The common hallways (connecting different flats/units) are almost always dirty. They should be mopped at... least once every one week. (3) The amazon lockers need to be expanded/upgraded. Often the delivery guys leave packages in the open and they are prone to getting stolen. EDIT: This last point is taken care of recently. Good location and Amenities are all great. I have been living here for a while now so I can see the inrerior of the apartment might look a big old but the location is too good to pass on

It’s difficult to rate the experience because the office staff, the location, the apt layouts, the prices, are all fantastic!! But a lot of the tenants here are so disrespectful, noisy, smoking cigarettes and other drugs that smells everything in the halls rank with weed smoke and cigarette smoke - I’ve made a massive amount of complaints for almost a full year now and not one thing has subsided - so not sure what to say about it all as I still luv my apartment

The community atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you can really tell the team cares about their residents. I’m especially excited for the upcoming holiday events—they’ve clearly put thought into making this a fun and engaging place to live. And the location? Absolutely prime. Everything I need is just minutes away.
