The Travis has a lot to offer in terms of location and service. The valet and concierge staff have been exceptional—especially during my move-in process, which made a big difference. The community room and gym are well-designed and among the highlights of the property. That said, the pool area could benefit from some updates, and ongoing refurbishments have occasionally impacted day-to-day convenience. I do wish the elevators were more consistently reliable. Overall, it’s a solid place to live... with standout service in a very convenient part of the city.

Overall, you just can’t find apartments as awesome as the TRAVIS. I have looked at many, many other apartments in downtown in Midtown and they didn’t compare to my needs. Especially most do not have half baths, extra large, balconies, and the views that we have! we also have a dynamite location!

I moved here from another state and was told 4 days before my lease started my unit was no longer available to which I had to go into another unit, that I had never seen before. I got here and when I went to move in the elevator was occupied during my time I had requested and confirmed it to be. It was one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had. Go on and share this.
