I lived at Aris Market Square for five years and moved out on February 28, 2025. Despite repeated assurances that my security deposit was mailed, I have yet to receive it. The current leasing staff has been unresponsive, refusing to return my calls, forcing me to follow up weekly for a status update. This has been the worst leasing experience I’ve encountered, and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking reliable customer service.

The best highrise PERIOD!!
I moved in 6 years ago. There have been quite a few new highrise residential buildings that have been constructed in that time here in downtown, but NONE of them compare to the quality of life, leasing team, service staff, and residents here at Aris Market Square!

Undoubtedly the best high rise to live in Houston!
Been here for going on 6 years and I cannot get myself to move. From the amenities, the gorgeous rooms and floor plans, the residents, and the incredible staff that work there, it cannot be best. Amazing location, very walkable, and downtown is up and coming. You cannot go wrong at Aris Market Square!

Great place to call home
A stunning & luxurious Hines property in the heart of Downtown Houston. Wonderful amenities and convenience! New management has recently come into keep this gem polished. Willowick has a wonderful team and especially Shelley, who is extremely professional and warm all while conquering a myriad of tasks. Between the property and residents ...just signed another lease with no plans of leaving anytime soon!
